So, we’ve been working on this project for a while and things are starting to come together. Denman has been tweaking his style here and there, trying to find the right fit for the series and here is the first sample of the results. What do you think?

I remember when Denman and I were working on the submission package, I sent this page to a friend of mine… He said he would just HATE to ink over Denman’s tight pencils… Lucky for me, Denman does all of his own work!

Original Color Tests

I love it when a plan comes together… We signed a contract with Arcana for the Evil Tree and got to work finalizing the script for the book (it was written, but needed a little editing). Now, Denman is digging in to the pages with plans to start hitting things into high gear shortly here… As a teaser, take a look at the first page, no colors yet. Wahoo!
